Its been pretty good today/yesterday, although I'm still not sure I've seen everything that's in stage one of the sale. Enough to shut me up, though. Some good bargains, which GOG are good at, so its been nice to see.

Just looked at your list, and was a bit surprised. Didn't think you'd have close to a hundred on it.

There are a lot of things that are/were borderline, which is usually decided by a combination of available spending/game quality/if it tickles my bum/ah, what the hell. I'm quite strict on myself these days, having gone a bit batshit in the past, but the ones listed are pretty much just fun and I want the damn things. Can't stand holding back, especially when GOG makes navigation through lists so awkward - all of those greyed out titles are very useful to get an idea of what you want and don't.

Good selection of games, lots of variety. If you can clear the list out, you'll have plenty of options.

I'd love to have a feature where you can peruse games in price order high-low/low-high, and the natural impulse to backspace is stymied when you get to downloading. Its the clunkiness/inappropriateness of how things work (and don't) which makes the whole thing harder, and dealing with a sale like this takes a bit of effort if you want keep it all covered.

But as for content, there's s good lot of stuff on my list now and I'm going to enjoy collecting them. I expect they'll change from time to time, but that's part of the collector's mentality, I think. Always refining/adding/cursing... Its par for the course.

Yes, there's certainly room for improvement. If everything was integrated fully, I'd have placed one order earlier instead of needing to place three, then getting my card blocked.

Its interesting how people rein their buying in and tell themselves off about spending. If you like it and you've got the cash, buy it. Its not like any of us are destitute because of an insane desire to own every PC game ever made.....well, I can think of one of us.....and what the hell's money for anyway? There's rarely more than enough around, so enjoy what you have :-)

Very true. Might as well have fun with it when you can. Being in here, talking with people while buying ridiculous amounts of stuff, it's a good time. =)
