We bought this moped from some farmers last summer... In Finland if you don't have a driver's license, you are only supposed to drive these kinds of mopeds that go rather slowly... but the farmers had fixed it so it actually goes rather fast :) I'm not sure how to explain... It's a weird Chinese moped with a Farmer's Special Fix Thingie :)
