Constant hard-drive activity for no reason at all... It slows the computer down to a crawl, and completely stops it at times. It happens when the computer boots up, and sometimes it randomly happens when browsing the internet (seems to happen more frequently when I have chat open, actually...) And once it starts, It lasts between 5 and ∞ minutes.
I ran virus and malware scans. I even reinstalled Windows, and nothing changed, which makes me think I've just got a shite computer that needs to be replaced. Currently doing a checkdisk...

Hmmmm, weird. If you tried all that I suppose it might indeed be hardware failure. I hope you can find a solution soon!

That doesn't sound too good. Usually I would have suspected malware, but if you've really gone through the pains of reinstalling the OS...

Too much illness, broken prototypes (I must've missed that yesterday with my own ill spell) computers that don't work properly, too long trips in cars and missing Owlets. This just isn't right! Good people don't deserve these problems!

I hope all the bad stuff goes away REALLY soon and everyone finds their happy place again.

I'm feeling better, by the way. A 12 hour sleep and whatever is was got bored and went away :-)

Have you recovered from that party yet? I remember when my daughter was younger and we had a dozen wild and excited midgets ransacking the place. It was fun, but the clean-up took hours.
