Exactly what peanut brittle is except yours has way more peanuts.

That... is one weird looking piece of peanut brittle... so... opaque.

Owl's nougatine looks a lot more like what I'm used to, although it still looks a bit cloudy.
The sugar should look like clear brown crystal. Oh, and that one's with almonds.

Sneezed while eating Nerds, now have at least one of them stuck in my sinuses.

edit : *phew*! The crisis has passed. (At least it wasn't as bad as the Almond Roca incident a few years ago... shooting toffee shrapnel out my nose was not the most fun thing :-p)

Here in Brazil we also have a similar candy. It is called which is prepared with roasted peanuts and [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapadura]rapadura.

My brother had a bad one. He once sneezed while eating turkey. A small chunk was stuck in his nose for 3 days, rotting, making him gag with every breath from the awful stench. When he finally dislodged it, he wrapped it in newspapers, doused it with alcohol, and set it on fire in the backyard :-)
