The UK has a touchy kind of relationship with Europe. The EU butts into our affairs WAY too much and there's a strong divide between those who want to be in it and those who don't. Britain in big enough and ugly enough to govern itself without a bunch of unwanted suits deciding what we can and cannot do. European culture is great and European people are mostly no problem at all - its just the all-inclusive governance thing that pisses much of the UK off.

Over here, I hear about states wanting to secede from the US pretty often. I guess I understand their point. Most states are pretty different from each other, with different needs. Some probably could do better on their own. I dunno, I'm not a politician (thankfully.)

I think independence is more important than all of us bathing in the same tub. Unite on major issues, sure, but the day to day running of things needs a more personal touch. The UK is related to Europe rather than a part of Europe. I'd like us to return to what worked for us before. And politicians would be a whole lot more useful if they actually listened to people's needs, something which doesn't seem to be in the job description.

Been playing Terraria a lot for a couple months, because it ts addicting as pluck. Just recently started Shadowrun: Dragonfall, and will probably play a good chuck of it again today. Also trying a bit of Volgarr the Viking, and failing miserably at it. Recently added SWAT3 to my rotation as well, and suck at is as well, but I'm learning (thanks again ;-)). Little Inferno has been getting some playtime every other day. And of course I can't live without a management/city building sim, which is currently Banished.

Ah, finished. I've been enjoying QUBE and Plants vs Zombies, and Torchlight was charging ahead, but that's on my other machine and I can only run one at a time as I only have the one monitor. I'm getting interested in Terraria, too, so I'll probably install it when the downloads are done (not long to go now!!!)

I should be through with the downloads tomorrow, so I can Terraria from then on. I haven't played it before so I'll be learning the ropes, but its got a really playable look about it.

I have written 3 hours of music over the past few weeks, and I feel as if my brain is about to implode. It all has to come from somewhere, and now I'm suffering from mental underpressure in my artistic regions ;)

School is going great on the other hand; And I managed to get hold of a rocking chair ... one more thing to scratch of the wishlist of my life's needs :D
