Well, what can I say about it... it's a fine place, almost 18,400 owls live there... I like this place, despite its undeniable lack of green spaces (but if you like sports, there are places to practice almost any of them). At least I have a small (messy) garden to make up for it. We enjoy being next to the biggest and coolest city of northern France, too (even if we hardly ever set a foot there... but we're happy to know we could :-p). My street is quite peaceful so far ; no robbery yet, no carjacking, no fights in the street (like there were regularly in my previous living place). My neighbors are lovely (one is my youngest owlet's nanny !), except a freaky couple who are always yelling at each other a bit further. We have a nice french fries van nearby (I'm not sure how to translate this ; a mobile place to sell french fries :) typical of northern France). And very cool sushi shop and pizzeria too. The weather here is starting to get cold these days : a couple times around 0°C in the early morning.... Any question ? :) lol

Ah, I hope you recover sooner than soon too! Trying to study (or do anything, to be fair) while sick is just torture...or at least highly annoying.

Sounds like a very nice place to call home, and sounds like it's a nice day in Owville. Some of that reminds me of the city I lived in when I lived in California. It was no more than five hours away (by car) from several major cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. It has had quite a few food vans, including a Mexican food van that parked near my former home every night.

We had Square Enix last week, and Activision the week before... The trend seems to be "big companies that stopped releasing games here"... so I'm betting this weekend will be EA :-p
