ElTerprise: Hello Crow
I think i'll take coffee ;)
How are you?
Starting to get a bit tired, but otherwise well. Playing games, watching videos, enjoying the night.

Glad to read you're feeling better. =)

Doesn't sound too bad :)
Thank you.

BTW: had a look at Puzzle Quest (well video + images). That looks somewhat interesting....but apparently it's only available on the rental platform....

Hey Crow, too bad to hear. You need some rest! :)
I can't wait to get home. The wedding was awesome and the groom's family is pretty nice and receptive.

Hello! Thanks for the advice! I'm not sure which one is the first in the series to be honest, but Crow says it's in licensing hell and that seems like a good reason for it not to be here haha.

You might look at Into The Night for a B-movie experience. I think it even includes Night of the Living Dead in its entirety. http://store.steampowered.com/agecheck/app/266050/

I would also suggest Alpha Prime. It's not "traditionally" B-movie-esque, but it has sort of like a campy action film noir feel to the story. The gameplay itself is standard FPS that can be challenging (occasionally downright frustrating) due to the enemies being aim bots.

Glad to hear you're doing better! I'm doing alright myself. For a buck and a half it wouldn't be a huge loss either way, although I'm still regretting spending half a dollar on Dememntium II HD.

AI problems can be among the most frustrating out there...something to think about indeed. If I pick up the Legacy of Kain games (it's cheaper just to buy the series) I'll ask for the spoiler(s), if you're still up for it, thanks!

Still a little tired. It's been a long time since I've been up until 4 am. But three nice people, a (now empty) bottle of Bowmore and deep philosophical talks... A little like being 14 instead of 41 (except for the scotch).
avatar
ElTerprise: Oh...really sorry to hear that.....hopefully those will help indeed *big get better hug*
Thanks...yes i hope it'll stay that way :)
*big thank you hug*
Already feeling a little better. Just need a shower and some hot chocolate, and I think I'll be set for the day ;-)

Got any plans for the day?

Well that's understandable i guess....but that sounds like you had a really great birthday then :)

Good...good :)
Sounds like a good plan - was thinking about a hot chocolate myself :)
Not much....well my sister is returning from here field trip in Canada today so i'll be collecting (not sure if that's the correct term) from the Airport. Other than that i'll probably play some games - i might try out Daikatana :)

What about you? Any awesome plans?

I've been playing match-3 all day long, just beat a level I failed on several times. I'm tired and my clicking hand hurts quite a bit. Thought I was done for the night, but then it dragged me into the endgame. I think my brain is going to melt soon.

Canada? Awesome. Why a trip to Canada (if I may ask)?
Be prepared for her to be saying "eh" at the end of every sentence :-p

I'm tempted to give Daikatana a try too, after seeing it mentioned here. It's been in my backlog for a while. Along with 17 other games from the promo. Square Enix has the most interesting catalog that I don't play :-p
Other than that, my own little mini-cold seems to be gone, and my knee has been feeling fine, so maybe I'll go for a little run today :-) ... and make cookies \o/

It has something to do with geology - but she never told me detail about it :)
o.O...... :P

Well same here now...after i got some more SE games from the promo - shame the haven't released much here recently....
I'm curious about Daikatana mostly to it's reputation ;)

Glad to hear that...a run sounds awesome...oh and cookies :)

Okay, man.... that Into The Night seems kinda interesting... :) Evil Deady and From Dusk Till Dawney sort of thing, it seems... Thanks! And that in-game Cinema is a cool thing!
Also Alpha Prime seems cool... Nice sci-fi vibe - based on the screenshots, especially the outside location.
