LeoLR: It's great to hear about your enrollment at the university.
I'm happy for you. Good luck on this adventure!
Thanks.
CarrionCrow: Good very late evening/very early morning.
It's funny, you're not the first person I've seen describe that book in similar terms.
That's good. What are you planning on doing once you get re-enrolled?
What, the lack of professional writing varnish? I think it's a good thing in this case, specially since too often lately I find that said varnish is very shiny, but stinks of industrial chemicals. This on the other hand has no shine but is very nicely polished, and you can smell the wood itself. It is a nice smell.
Throwing a frat style kegger party!
And when they wake up, They'll have to traverse a series of highly ironic deathtraps.
Ixamyakxim: Hi! I feel like you haven't been around as much - nice to see the song of the day!
I'm... a bit embarrassed to admit I didn't know this was a novel. I've been looking for something to read lately (I was hoping for a bit of obscure but readable, well sourced and decently non-biased history, but I could do some clever sci-fi). This could do the trick as I liked what I saw from the previews as well.
Do read it. It's short and sweet. I managed to read it in one sitting.

So after spending half the morning patiently waiting my turn, They tell me I don't have all the necessary papers, mainly fiscal data. Fan-fucking-tastic. So I make a quick trip to the nearest bank. Get the info, and head back... Only to find out they're not serving anymore numbers today.
I have to go back tomorrow.
