CarrionCrow: Shit like that is why I don't follow the news much. Only doing it lately due to feeling more disconnected than usual.
EndreWhiteMane: That article was right next to the one about some dumb-fuck hitting a school bus and sending a bunch of kids to the hospital.
Gee, my spell checker knows 'dumb-fuck', how appropriate.
The spellchecker is temperamental, even with it comes to "vulgarity". When I put in dumbfuck, it says I spelled it wrong.
Maybe it has a bizarre love of hyphens.
Hmm. Thinking about it, and this feels like another example of English being a difficult language to learn.
Dumbfuck? Says I need a hyphen. Clusterfuck? Same thing. Fucktard? Also the same. (Phasing that one out, but I haven't come up with a decent sounding shortened version of imbecile, so it still gets occasional use.) But try to type out stupid fuck as one word, and it just looks wrong.
