And yeah, if I were you, I wouldn't even say "push" more often than necessary in the mean time. Or cough. Or laugh. Or sit up from a lying position. Or move much. ;)

I only played a tiny bit of Quake years ago before buying it again. It's a fun game, so the second should be good as well. Have heard of Wolfenstein for years, but never played it. And yes, they're not exactly brimming with anything besides shooting stuff. (Unless you count beating your use button to pieces looking for secret areas. Intensely annoying mechanic right there.)
Well, that's just fucking fantastic. -shakes head- Will keep on hoping that you get to gradually feeling better.
Thank you. I can't really blame the specialist, they have tried a lot of things (granted a few of the doctors were incompetent and insulting, but not all). I could blame the jerk who attacked me as he caused a lot of the problems, but where will that get me. I am hoping now that I am able to eat a little better than I can build up some strength and I will end up being okay. The doctor did think it was a good sign that things have not regressed too much a third time. Yes some things are showing signs, but nothing too bad just yet. I am sure I will be fine, I am not about to let this get the better of me, especially as if it does it would leave my partner all alone, and that would break my heart, so I have no intention of letting that happen.
Edit: But I will shut up about all that, I don't want to be a bother and I also don't want to make the place all depressing, so I will just stuck to less serious silly stuff.

Yeah good luck!
Quitting something is not easy... I've been 7 weeks without beer and I think I might lose a tooth or two because of the huge pile of candy I've been eating as a substitute :) And there have been huge cravings and some crazy party dreams :)
Yes, it's certainly difficult. Good job on going with your goal for so long. =)
Maybe try some sugar-free candy? Don't want to lose teeth while saving the liver.
If all else fails, you can always go with a combination of hand signals and helmet throwing. That should cover whatever you might wish to convey.

You mean the MechWarrior tier? That's the one i chose :)
Yes, that's the one. It's looking like the best value for someone who can't afford something massive like the tier that includes the flight jacket.

Also I strongly hope your situation improves one of these days, DD.
Hopefully it's soon.
My wife went through a period in life when it was not sure if a sickness was going to be subdued or not: and if not, she might have had only about a year to live.
It was a heavily nerve-wrecking thing, especially at work. But her happiness has returned.
Anyhow. Releases. *puts on a nonchalant innocent voice* Germans, any game particularly looking interesting... ?

Hi again fellows and fellowettes!
Great block of releases today but nothing I'd want to buy at the prices listed to be perfectly honest. Maybe in the next big sale I'll take a chance on the Quake and Wolfenstein series. Until then it looks like Way of the Samurai 4 is the closest to receiving my cash, depending on what the weekend promo is of course.

Hello, little Blob! *return hug*
Is your day doing any better?
superstande: Thanks for clearing this up Grargar and DD!
? Thank you. I recall you mentioning your wife and her condition before, which was very sad to hear. But I was pleased to hear things were looking up for her, and hopefully she is over the worst now. I try not to let it get to me, and for the most part I do a good job, but seeing the effect it has on the people I care about is a little much for me sometimes. But I will shut up for real now, I talk about my stuff way too much. :-)
Is your day doing any better?

Thank you. I am confident I will be fine, I am not about to think otherwise. I think I am doing good, but as I nearly died twice over the last few months already it is taking its toll on my health, which makes it much harder to heal, given that I now have to recover from those two incidents as well. But we English ladies are made of tough stuff, especially the farm girls. Mr Death has tried about 4 times in my life now I think, and each time he failed. If he comes again too soon I think I will just rip his bollocks off and tell him to come back some time in the long distant future. :-)
