Good morning, everybody! *hugs and waves*
LeoLR: Hello everyone!
I had a really unusual experience today while walking back home. On a corner in the street near my home I saw a guy playing a trumpet. He was just standing there playing some jazz.
I was feeling down for reasons I cannot fathom and his tune brightened my day. I don't know how long I stood there listening but after some time I approached him and I whispered a thanks. He nodded and kept playing and I resumed my way home.
I should have taken a picture because I realize that this story sounds like a fantasy.
Sorry for these disjointed sentences. I just wanted to share this with you anyway.
A great story! Sometimes street musicians can really cheer up your heart.
We have lots of annoying street musicians here in Berlin, but at one subway station where I change every day on my way to work, there is a great accordeon player who plays classical music all the time - today it was Vivaldi's Spring from Four Seasons. That really makes me smile all the time I pass! And a good jazz musician on the street is really a gift :D
