Tonight I should FINALLY have some free time to myself for the first time in a week (traveling from campground to campground is surprisingly time consuming), so I'll probably end up marathoning Fran Bow. I've heard it can be up to around ten hours if you're terrible at the puzzles, or around five or six if you're decent at them.
I'm also hankering for another go at Fallout: New Vegas, but I'm on a limited internet plan (unlimited data but it gets kicked down to 3G until the reset date) and I would need to redownload it.

Traveling around seems interesting. How long have you been bouncing from camp to camp?
Goodnight, sleep well. =)

The great rental purge continues, reminding me that for every good game I've rented, I picked up at least 3 (if not 5 to 6) that range from mediocre to frigging awful. That's bundle buying plus lack of impulse control for ya.

Today marks a full week, headed from California to somewhere down east (haven't decided quite where yet). Currently in New Mexico, it's quite a bit cooler than California and Arizona.

Just before I logged out last night I read the bit about being able to "World Switch" between M&M 4 and 5 (or was it 3 and 4? Can't exactly remember) - sounds like a really neat feature actually.
I'm nearing a gaming impass. I'm still loving Xenonauts (been at it near three months!) but I'm starting to hit a wall. I think "events" are in-game time locked - so I've been stuck waiting for the next batch / type of vessels to show up so I can get a praetor. I think I'm near the end game, and do want to wrap up the story but I'm also starting to feel it's getting a bit "same-y" - plus I'm eager to fire up something new.
In the mood (perhaps) for something a bit more action oriented. So, do I keep plugging along in Xenonauts? Does anyone who has played it know how close to the end I might be? Last night I said I'd give it another evening or two so I'm certainly looking forward to it tonight... but then what?
*edit to add - Drive faster! ;) No, I'm sure it must be fun to take it slow and drink in the sights. I actually did drive across country once and while I loved doing it (I always wanted to "do it at least once") and had an amazing time once at my destination, I wish I had had more time to take it slowly rather than just barreling from point A to point B.

How is New Mexico? Can't remember if I ever passed through there or not.

Shit indeed. That always sucks. Did that with Hong Kong on one mission. Forgot to manual save, so I got to do the whole mission over again.
