Hello there. Nice music. ;)

moonshineshadow: Yeah I also tend to buy games to complete a series. That is why I bought Simon 3D. But for the D&D games there is nothing I need to buy for that reason :D

Which Elder Scrolls games did you play? Have to say that I never played Oblivion yet (it is in my big backlog). Skyrim was ok, but Morrowind was awesome :D Never played a Fallout game and since I am not interested in Shooters, there is nothing much of interest in the Bethesda games category.

In regards of Full Throttle, I read that it will get a remake as well as Day of the Tentacle, same as Grim Fandango. While I could understand it for Grim (since the controls of the original one were so bad, I never even finished it, since I could not continue at one place), there is absolutely no need for a remake of Day of the Tentacle. It is perfect as it is. No clue about Full Throttle, but remakes always are a risk.

And in regards of the maps. As I already said yesterday, I always have a graph paper block on my desk. I am prepared :D
What I said about seeing the boxes at the local store 20 years ago was just about the only sincere thing in my joke comment yesterday. Based on that, I want them all now.

Played Oblivion briefly, put roughly 85 hours into Skyrim before I couldn't bullshit myself into continuing. No real experience with Morrowind. If you can squeeze entertainment out of things, you might enjoy the new Fallout games. The best part about them to me is the exploration. Sucks that going hand in hand with that is the godsawful inventory management.

If they have any sense, they'll do an repackaged original along with any remake. The games sound like they're fine on a gameplay level, no need to gut them.

-laughs- Yeah, you and me both. Only, my graph paper's on a shelf in the corner. Will be breaking it out soon though, I'm sure.
Good evening everyone *big hugs ad waves* :)

Good evening. =)

How was your day?
Interesting times around our house. My youngest daughter has a badly sprained ankle (this occurred on Sunday), so is limping around wearing one of those Aircast boots, and now my wife just got the first of three knee injections, so she's limping around as well. I feel like I'm in triage.

Good evening. Just a reminder: As Agent said yesterday, people are not gonna like that - and you'll probably get downvoted for doing that. (Your post from yesterday is apparently gone because it was reported as spam)
If you really want to get a reasonable standing in the community just participate regularly and stay out of all giveaways and gifting threads. And that way you'll improve your reppoints slowly but steady. The most important thing is that achieving this doesn't work overnight - you'll need to be patient...but it's of course your decision.
I still say RepGrinder would be an awesome band name.

also...HOLY COW! Risen 3 (64-bit edition) is getting a graphic overhaul today, that's right out of left field, to me anyway. Did not expect to log in to Steam today to get a FOUR gigabyte update.

Part of the overhaul is improved texture resolution for a bunch of things, some new post effects and a few other things, but four gigs, really? Four gigs for an update featuring a graphics overhaul, am I the only one that thinks that that is a rather large size for that kind of update?

Still, pretty cool that they're releasing this as a free update.

Speaking of Risen, I just played a few minutes more of Risen 2 and while I'm still not digging the combat, I'm really liking the writing. I don't know particularly know why, but I love Piranha Bytes' writing in general and their writing hasn't slipped in Risen 2, at least for dialogue.

How was your day?
Good evening Crow. Day was mostly good but getting home from work (which was okay) in a hot and overcrowded train was really annoying. But i'm doing good otherwise. How are you?

I doubt that he even reads the responses. He is clearly just after rep and getting games for free, like that other rep grinder who only writes "hi" (who managed to get a game today). So either just ignore him or downrate that he does not get what he wants, everything else is just a waste of time.

Yes, you're probably right but i wanted to respond to his posts once....if he doesn't react to it i won't care in the future.
