It was at my request, the old ones aren't doing the job anymore.
Hopefully the new ones will help me from getting so 'down' that I don't want to do anything but stare at walls all day.
I'm going to transition from one to the other over 2 weeks, shouldn't be too bad.

It's the problem with writing jokes. To me, I put at least ten hints in, but things resonate with people differently.

Hell, I'll scream about Fahrenheit, but I know some people like it, so even if the remastered version came out here I wouldn't go into the release thread and shit all over everything.
I didn't want to fight with people, especially when it's supposed to be about enjoying the games, being happy that GOG finally managed to pull it off. At the same time my brain wasn't letting go. So I came up with that instead.

This is what baffles me - every time a release thread pops up there are people jumping in to complain about it or shit all over GOG. I don't understand the compulsion to do that. I mean, sure rake GOG over the coals for their shitty website and forums, but crapping on them about a game release (other than if there are actual issues with the game)? I don't get it.
And well done. I don't downvote people for complaining in the release threads, but it gets tedious reading them every damned time a game is released. Good on you for calling it out in such a humorous way (well, I thought it was funny).

I don't get it either. If it's something that doesn't look good to me, or if it's something I have a history with disliking, I don't go to the thread. I don't gear up to treat people like crap for the crime of not having the same opinion I do, and I don't use it as an opportunity to break out a laundry list of things to complain to GOG about.

Figured that beat the alternative. Better the crazy guy cracking jokes in the corner than the drunk screaming and looking for a fight.
