FearfulSymmetry: Yeah, and to think that our cat has actually mellowed with old age. He used to lie in wait around corners, ready to attack when you passed by. Such a sweetheart. The dog's only two, though, so she's only seen the 'nicer' side of him. And to be fair, although the cat likes chasing her, he never actually hurts her. He's more careful with her than he is with us.
Despite everything I'm still a cat person. I love our dog too but I just like cats better in general. It's fun that they really choose their own path.
Our old cat used to hide under a table and attack when people walked by... our new cat doesn't hide at all. She will stand directly in the middle of a hallway like a badass, and attack as soon as anyone gets close :-) Despite everything I'm still a cat person. I love our dog too but I just like cats better in general. It's fun that they really choose their own path.
I'm more of a cat person too, but love dogs too. Our family used to have a dog many years ago. It never associated with the cat though. The cat owned our front yard, the dog owned the back yard :-p
Fantasysci5: Ugh, job interviews are the most nerve-wracking thing in the world, except maybe evaluations. I feel like I'm going to throw up from anxiety.
*anti-anxiety hug* I throw up just from filling out an application :-p
