I'm at work, can't wait to get off and go home and game and snack! Playing "Sheltered" right now and loving it. Not really sure what I want to snack, though. :P

I list all my games through the Steam client (I know, a big hate on here), and I like to chat in groups, but haven't really found a real active one besides Steam Gifts. Do any of you have Steam groups with active chats? :)

Good morning! :)
I don't hate steam myself, have a few good ones there (do prefer gog though)...
Heading to work and reading about someone playing at work, dammit, that's just not fair :D
I have to go back to school and ask to study for a career where I can play at work :)

I'm sorry, I worded that wrong. I wasn't playing at work, even though I was looking on the GOG forums XD. I meant the game I'm excited to go home and play was Sheltered! The game I am playing in general, not right at that moment. Sorry about that. <3
I'm still enjoying Baldur's Gate, I like it more (so far) than the other Bioware games, that's for sure. I should probably give a look at the manual but I'm doing really good so far. I guess that's the thing with all the fantasy franchises, the terminology carries over so much that you can usually guesstimate what means what.

Ahh that's better *jealousy mode off* :)
No maybe I read it wrong. Hasty reader, mr Hobbit.

Goodmorning everyone!

We had a great bout of refreshingly bad weather here yesterday and this night ... and it was drifting towards England last time I looked;

And my young brother stubbornly refuses to play my board games with me. He just sits in front of the pc all day watching both stargate atlantis and some Irish gamer playing kerbal space program at the same time.

And Morris (the biologist) tells me that from a zoological point of view, my holding my ring finger across my mouth when thinking or reading is a substitute for childhood intimacies with my mothers nipples, a habit born of a lack of affectionate contact with other human beings ... great ...

LaPtiteBete: That sounds definitely French... a bit like "Chateaubriand" B-|

It'd be neat to go there some day.
Is it your castle? :D nice !!
Right in the middle of France...

ddickinson: *big hello hug*

I am glad to hear you are enjoying your holidays. It's always nice to get home to your own bed after a long holiday. I hope there will be no flood damage when you get home. *crosses fingers*

I am doing okay, I might have to go back to hospital due to me getting a bit worse, but hopefully it won't come to that.

*more hugs*
Good morning, lovely DD!
I asked my other neighbor (the owlet's nanny) if she has water damage too, but she didn't answer... she must be gone on holidays too... hum :-| we'll have thé surprise tomorrow. I hope we don't have anything wrong because we already will have a huge bill for our car being broken...
I really hope you won't have to go back to hospital ... i'm sorry things aren't getting better...
**Big comforting hugs**
good morning everybody!

I've had a rather musical morning. I woke up, rushed downstairs and immediately listened to le Sacre du printemps and the concerto grosso by Schnittke (twice) and a choral piece of my own that was spookign through my head. That was arround 7:30 am. Works better then coffee for getting wide awake ;)

Comment ca va vous tous?
Good Morning, friends *hugs and waves*

I hope you're all doing well and enjoy your day so far :D

In Berlin, it's gonna be the hottest day of the week before the temperature finally goes below 30 degrees.

No time for playing at the moment, but I think that's based on my attempt to see as much sunlight as possible at the moment.

Damned, I forgot to take my recording of Sacre to work as I intended - would be great now!

good morning to you to!

We had a hot period but there was a big electric storm yesterday and it's far cooler now. The storm swiveled around to England though, so Germany is not going to get much of that I imagine.

And you yourself are coming along fine I trust? How will you be receiving your sunshine?

Well, I went hiking the last weeks whenever I had time. It's incredible to see which bright shades of green you can see on a summer day that cannot be copied yet (even by the CryEngine) ;)

As I don't have any classical music here at the moment and I don't want to listen to rock music, it's time for some techno https://soundcloud.com/oliverkoletzki/oliver-koletzki-3-hours
