NoNewTaleToTell: I'm about to give Baldur's Gate another chance by using the mods that port it into the Baldur's Gate 2 engine. Not that I disliked it or anything on the first try, I didn't even get far enough in to dislike it, ha! I just had problems with the UI and the text font, for some reason both were a bit hard for me to make out and navigate to a degree.

cecil: Yeah UI issues are real like who picked some of the colors for the adventure games of the 90's they either blended in too well or were horrid and clashed with everything around it.
Definitely agree.

On another note, MDickie, the solo dev who has made the best wrestling games available on PC (and mobile), is working on an MMA game and has released a couple of videos. Really early stuff but worth a look. Keep your audio down for the second video, the sound is glitched there and has some sudden bursts.

Probably one of the WWE: Smackdown games, he was in all of those.

So far I'm enjoying Baldur's Gate more than I imagined I would, due mostly to my character's voice.

You are making your own voices. Reading those lines yourself and acting, sometimes getting startled when your own lines are interrupted by occasional "go for the eyes boo" shout.
