GreenDamsel: Last but not least, flirting and physical contact. Is there anything better than winning at the flirting game? Except world domination.
That had me chuckle, thank you :) LaPtiteBete: A dream from which you want to wake... I know this crappy feeling. :-\
I agree with Fearful's wise advice ; one nice and effective (anyway for me it was) thing to do is keep seing people. Any people ; close friends, old friends, family, collègues, or even random strangers some time :) I never go to gym classes, but I had some surprisingly interesting talks with unknown people in bars (lol) and in thé street... even a very short but nice exchange (with people I should never see again) was generally enough to cheer me up and refill my batteries/need of human contacts :)
Life right now holds no intrinsic value. I wake up. It is freezing here (snowing today). Light the fire. Make a cup of tea and light a cigarette whilst my computer loads. Seriously 25 years and smoking hasn't killed me yet? I should sue someone for false advertising, the packet says they "kill babies, cause lung cancer, and cause sperm to mutate into demonic arachnids." Keep warm. Feed cats. Eat rarely. Sleep when exhausted. I agree with Fearful's wise advice ; one nice and effective (anyway for me it was) thing to do is keep seing people. I live in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. I've got plenty I could do but I don't see much point in it. It is a very insular town and conversations are few and far between, and very mundane. I probably just need a bit of a time-out as feeling negative doesn't promote good company anyway.
