I think it depends on the screen. Try different settings, see what looks best to you.

As Crow said, that depends on your monitor. Just try the different options to see what looks right for you.

I has some pressure beads on my ear and I need to keep them in there for a entire week.

Widescreen is an arbitrary term, there are several 'wide' formats.
I run games as high as they'll go, up to whatever res my system is capable of.
If I have issues I take it down till I like it. :-)

No. XD I was sitting here waiting for FedEx and I said out loud "Where is it?" and in my head immediately heard Duke from DK3D when you are looking for a switch and he keeps saying "Where is it?"
