You French what to know everything, don't you? Next you will be asking what we did with all your countrymen who the Scarlet Pimpernel smuggled over to England during your Reign of Terror. Well okay, I will tell you. We killed them all and fed them to some horses. We thought it only fair since the French were eating so many horses themselves. Afterwards we sold the horses for meat to a Paris restaurant, making a very nice profit (yay for old stereotypes!). :-)

(And yes, horses can and do eat meat. They shouldn't, it can cause them problems, but they do do it on occasion.)

But seriously, I am not sure when the tests are just yet. My partner told me about the letter, so I won't know until I get home and have a proper look (as my partner just skimmed it as she needed to get to work).

Hey everyone! How are you all dealing with the heat? I've got to say it's starting to get on my nerves a little. :P

The sun has actually gone away at the moment. I think there is a thunderstorm brewing. The horrible heat is still here though, and the breeze is not as nice as it was, and I am quite warm at the moment with all this hear and work.

And my story is as true as the Scarlet Pimpernel himself. :-)

Here it's much more cool than yesterday... we had some nice refreshing storm during our lunck break, with thunder and lightning, and heavy rain... so we enjoy the return of the sun, with some pleasantly lower temperatures... But it won't last ; they say they will rise again until reaching 37°C or more on Saturday :-\
