I was only being playful, although your government did pull that crap on the UK. That is why we are due to vote to leave in a few years time. We are trying to renegotiate the EU (hence why the vote is not straight away, we want to have the EU, but we won't keep allowing it to screw us over), force it to be more flexible to prevent things like the Greece crisis and al the favouritism and corruption. But your government (who, and lets be honest, are puppeteering the EU) seems dead against treating England with any kind of respect or equal rights. And France is not helping. It's as though you two are still set in the war and consider us the enemy.

The fact is we (the UK), have had the best economy for decades, and despite Germany manipulating things to keep her economy top in the EU, and is due overtaken by the UK very soon as the largest economy in the EU, and that is without needing to be corrupt like the German government with it's manipulation of business infrastructure in Europe. If it was the other way around, and if the UK was manipulating Europe and not treating Germany fairly and using Germany just for money while punishing Germany all the time just for trying to keep a bit of independence and sovereignty, wouldn't you all want to leave as we do?

Edit: And that is not meant in any was as an insult against the German people, you are lovely, it was in regards to those most despicable of sub-human species. The politicians. :-)

What Germany the most in the last twenty or more years was the Ecu and then Euro bcause export-orientated nature of germany's economy. Germany is one of the few country benefitting from the financial crisis because it keeps the economy of the other european states at a low level.
