With Super Hexagon, if you die, it's because of two things - speed or user error.
But with One Finger Death Punch, you will get hit because things have lagged out, or because of the death ball thing, or because weapon pickups aren't automatic, and you'll get frustrated in a "That's a bad mechanic and it screwed me over" way rather than Super Hexagon's "I don't have the reflexes of a god and my brain's melting a bit" approach to killing you.
See? Everybody wins.
