Stilton: It looks great, Lo Wang is an 'endearing' character, there's tons to do and I'm yet to get tired of dismembering demons. No spoilers, but yes, the sword it really good.

Am I weird or is it normal to be looking forward to the next weekend sale...
I'd say it's normal, given that aside from bundles, GOG's been running 99.99 percent repeats for days now.

'Bout the same as yesterday, no rain and nice weather.
That was a good thing, I'm way behind on garden chores this year.
Picked up a copy of Distant Worlds: Universe today at 1/2 price, that was pretty cool.

Figuring it's not easy to make the garden look nice when you're in a canoeing down the street situation...

Haven't heard of that one aside from bits and pieces mentioned in the thread earlier.
Is it more exploration and colonizing, or combat-oriented?

From what I've seen of it it's pretty balanced as to explore/colonize/gather and combat.
Combat can be offensive or strictly defense.
Plus it seems to be configurable to play the way you want it to.
Had my eye on it for some time, at 50% off I couldn't resist. DRM free too.

That's good. The enemy can colonize, and then you can destroy their defenses and conquer them so you can just use their colonies instead.

Good price, you don't have to wait another 6 to 8 months for it to hit rock bottom on a sale and DRM-free is always preferable.

Exactly one german person here.^^ As much as we'd like it, but Switzerland isn't a part of us(, yet).
