moonshineshadow: *tight hug so that you can't run off to steam* Better?
But really, why are you so against using it?
Haaa much better, thanks :D
... it's not as much being "against" Steam, than being "pro GOG", in fact... I really appreciate my games DRM free... for me, DRM is evil. I like to be able to download my games and manage my backlog as I like ; be able to uninstall and reinstall them easily, and as many times as I want, without passwords and bunch of security obstacles (I once bought a game full price in a store, that I NEVER managed to install, and never get repaid because I had opened the box... it was a big pain in the *ss... >:-( ... and the last DRM game I ever bought...) ... I like to be able to play them online or not, with or without any client... I like having a (minimum level of) privacy... voilà... that's why I like GOG, and want to support their work and policy... :-|

ElTerprise: Let's talk about that when the Steam sale is over okay ;)
Huhu, okay ;-p

AgentBirdnest: Good morning, Owl... I won't let go. You're mine. I won't let you sell your kidneys ):-|
**Crushing the hell out of you**
I'm okay...
Oh, thanks... ,o__o,
**Staying safe and comfortably crushed**
Hum... Why only "okay" ? ... :-\
Is there anything I can do to turn this "okay" to a "good", or something even cooler ?...

Yeah same for me. But there are same games that are not available here and if I want to play them, I get them at steam. I ask myself "Is having to use a client to play the game worth the fun the game is". And if the answer is yes, I'll buy it, like for example the new Lego games I play with my mum :D

GreenDamsel: I use Steam and I'm content.
I just calculate what a game is worth as a service and decide then.
And I mostly play DotA 2 sooo gotta have Steam.

Biggest problem is that my backlog is so enormous that I won't spend anything on the Steam sale. I have what I want anyway and I just can't test games, due to the backlog.
Hello GreenDamsel !!
I understand... (what is DotA 2 ? :"|)
May I ask how many games you have on Steam, and there ? :-) (if I'm too curious, you can tell me to go to hell)

A couple physical problems are bothering me today. Nothing new. I deal with it :-|
Yeah, maybe you can help... I want a stripper in a cake, and fireworks and ... ;-) ... Seriously though, just talking is quite helpful. It helps take my mind off things. So... that's what you can do, if you'd like :-)
**Big thankful and still-crushing hug**

I understand... Well, maybe I'll change my opoinion if the games I'm looking for are still not available as DRM free in a while... never say never :-)

AgentBirdnest: Well, in any case, I'm glad people liked it. I wasn't expecting that. Just wanted to express a few feelings.
Thanks for hoping. Much appreciated :-)
Well i think your statement mirrored the opinions of most of the folks here - so i wasn't really surprised about the reaction.
And in my case you definitely spoke right from my soul (i hope that idiom works in english)...:D
And you're welcome :)
