It seems pretty fair to me. I get to gift, but don't have to worry about people gifting me. It's a win win situations. :-)

Hello! Doing fine I hope?

Just popped in to check the new deals, and I might get me space empires 4 (been waiting for that one a while). It's unfortunate they don't have the first star ruler here on GOG, that was a smashing game ... and my pc cannot handle the second one.

I wanted to play a good 4x, so this deal comes arround the corner just at the right moment. I've been growing slightly bored with sword of the stars and Armada 2526 ;)

*extra big hug* Nah it is ok, but I might complain sometimes about it. At least you hiding it would give me a chance to gift you later this year ;-)

Although not a real 4x and also not available here - have you played Sins of a Solar Empire? A great game imho.

I just noticed in Morrowind, bone is stronger than steel.

No wonder I suck at it; my knowledge of basic physics is totally wrong! :P

I've have played sins of a solar empire, and enjoyed it for a while. I don't want to bash on the game, as it's not bad, but I found that I enjoyed most of my other similarish titles more though :/

Well I'm still new into the game but I was farting around some outpost and the guy had some bone armor that looked cool so for fun I looked at the stats, and it was way stronger than all the stuff I was currently using. :P Like I said it's early on, so maybe the stuff I had was just totally worthless crap. :P

And glass is also stronger than steel :p

Well it has some weaknesses bt i really enjoyed it - especially Rebellion. What about Endless Space or are you looking for a more combat-focused 4x like Sword of the Stars?

Only thing that would make these physics more messed up is if they had rubbers stronger than steel.

I believe the greenish armour they wear in Balmora (the guards), is bonemold. It's decent early-mid-game medium armor. Glass is about the best you can get as light armor if I recall right, and trollbone is heavy.

Most of these are quite pricey for purchase after a recent start though, but a good investment. Just don't go looking for glass to early, as that won't work (the cuirass comes at 12.000 gp if I'm not mistaken) ;)

Might be - but i don't remember much from the game. It's been some years since i played. But after playing Skyrim and a bit of Oblivion i still think Morrowind is the best of those three even with such possible oddities ;)
