CarrionCrow: Good morning/afternoon/evening to everyone who isn't an infected boil on the asshole of humanity.

Hopefully you're all doing well today. =)
Hello .

l0rdtr3k: ANyway,how're you doing?
Not particularly worried about it. If a person's been on the net for longer than 15 seconds, they've already seen it.

Can't complain here, just bouncing along. How's your day going?

ne_zavarj: Hello .
Finally found out what your username means. According to Dr.Google,PHD in linguistic, it means "Do not disturb".

Vnlr: And before that *shudder at the memories* the only one we had and had to be content with in our ignorance was D&D 4.0 . We had a fun time playing that one, however trying something else really opened our eyes to it's lacklusterness.

l0rdtr3k: 4th isn' the best way to start. But I really love 3.5.
It worked well allright. As a DM I studied the rules untill I could run a session fluidly (ie, disregarding all the nitpicky tiny rules and the tons of modifiers where I could and sticking to common sense for DC's).

We played 2 campaigns over the course of 3 years, but after that I myself went looking for something else, since it was getting a bit bland (especially combat encounters were just trading powers back and forth, and it was hard to hold a good full-talking session).

so we switched to fading suns, which to this day is my favourite rpg ... after that, we tried another system made for game of thrones which was also fun (more focus on intrigue and really deadly combat).

And now it's back to D&D 3.5 , and we all like it so far :)

I think that the 4th edition is not as flexible as 3.5 and thus,it loses a little of roleplaying.

43 and counting at the moment. Things are on hold presently since I'm using all my bandwidth to grab some stuff for a relative along with burning discs.

It's called moderators. Which due to the recent rise in scammer activity,we need it until the situation is under control.

You're downloading every single game in your library?

There is, but it's called banning someone. Certainly wouldn't mind getting moderator capabilities so I could knock some people off the forum permanently.
I have to go now, I wish you all a very fine day! (I have been forced into employment in the household ;) )

Yes. Started doing so on the 19th of last month, and it's still going. Hoping to wrap up in one more week, getting annoyed that all my bandwidth is tied up in the project.
