Really tired and sleepy

My last surprise wish was for Starfleet Command - it showed up in a week or two. So I'll hope the "surprise" is more Sea Dogs games. One of my favorite games ever was Pirates of the Caribbean (the rebranded Sea Dogs 2), bugs and all, an IP I imagine might be owned by Disney? But I'm really hoping for the official Sea Dogs sequels that I didn't know existed until just recently. I think I took from the nice person who informed me about them that a few might not have seen U.S. release. I'm hoping those see a release this / next week.

Well i had my presentation which went well although the fellow student i worked together on it was ill today. I'm doing good. Still sitting outside (even around midnight it's about 20°C) - had a really relaxing evening which was great because university was quite exhausting after all.

Free games are always good, although I try not to expect them. (I don't think the "spend X amount of money to get Y game(s)" is quite the same.) I'm just trying to figure out how much I can really blow - I know things will repeat, but god only knows what could happen. :P

Its only happened two or three times - it might be GOG overload; things have felt strained a few times in the last couple of days, like the site's trying to stay afloat under the weight. Whatever, I just reload and carry on.

Talking of reloading, have you played Outlaws. Its looks like a classic.

I am glad to hear that your presentation went well, despite your fellow student been ill. It has been quite hot here as well. I am not a fan of the summer, especially as I am stuck outside in the heat working, and farm work is hard at the best of time, let alone when it is too hot.

In the announcement: Thank you. Yes. it was here too. Getting home from university in the heat was interesting to say the least...and it's that you're not a fan of the summer when you have t work outside. I'm not a fan of great heat either but i like the nordic summer between 20-25°C :).

That's good to hear. Yes me too...and i have the seond day of my weekend class tomorrow...but it's atleast shorter than today :).

Agreed, the speed dips at times for no apparent reason.

I've played a bit of it, it looks interesting. Between manual reloading and high lethality, the gameplay looks like it'll be a challenge if the person's FPS reflexes are rusty.
The main thing I remember offhand, though, is how well the story's presented. The cutscenes are still pretty great, despite their age.

No more purchases - I'm hanging on for the must-haves. Its discipline this time around. Not that exciting, but there's the forum to compensate ;-)

Summer is my least favourite season, due to the heat. I love that I can do more stuff outside, stuff that requires good weather, and I love nature in the summertime, but I am really not a fan of the heat. Luckily we don't really get temperatures that are too bad, which is good for me and the crops and animals.
