Empress_Owl: Aaaaw :-) Calimero Agent !!
Hum :-( sorry to hear about your medication... does it help a bit at least ?... i'm glad that you still manage to smile and stay optimistic, that's the right way, you're courageous !! I hope you'll find what is wrong and finally get better at some point **big admirative and encouraging hug**
I'm good, thanks ! pretty busy and concerned by the works in my house, now the workers are there 6 days a week... ! until all is done... it's a bit of a mess... ! :-)
Hooo... Thank you very much for all the kind words :"> *really huge thank you hug* ... It helps, in a way, but it is hard to explain. It kinda just makes me feel numb, which is not the most pleasant thing :-\ ... But - It has only been 4 weeks, and it might take a few more before it is fully working. Time will tell, I guess.

Glad to hear you are good :-) Sorry for forgetting, but how much longer are the works expected to last? I think I recall you saying August or September? e__e

Vnlr: Goedemiddag!

I for my part am doing quite fine. Good to hear you've gotten hold of a better computer; I'm still using my old piece of junk from 2008. :)

And how are you enjoying Dragon Age? I still have a sour aftertaste from Mass Effect so when I saw Bioware I steered clear for the moment...
Hey, good to hear you're doing well. Anything planned for the weekend?

Yeah, I finally decided I really needed an upgrade. My old computer was a laptop and it was running an Intel HD 4000 graphics card ... it really couldn't handle the newer games anymore. It's still fine as a work computer, though. But now I've purchased a proper gaming desktop and the difference is huge ... :P

Well, I've played it before, but that was on my old laptop so the game was super laggy and loading screens took forever. My feelings about inquisition are really mixed. I like the story missions well enough but the game feels too much like an MMO for me. Lots of the sidequests are super boring and the maps are way too big for my tastes.

Vnlr: A fair day to thee and thine Court, esteemed Empress!

How are you all doing today?

*hugs and curtseys*
Moin :)
Could be better - how are you?

EndreWhiteMane: See my answers from last week, I'm the same.
*hugs, waves, laziness*
Hey Endre :)
Could you refresh my memory? I'm too lazy to scroll back :P

avatar
FearfulSymmetry: *waves at thread* Hope you're all doing well. :)

My new computer has kind of taken over my life ... it's so shiny! And loading screens in Dragon Age: Inquisition have gone from 30-45 minutes to 30-45 seconds. :P
Moin *big hug*
I'm ok - could be better - how are you?
Quelle surprise - drop us a note if you need supply drops :P

EndreWhiteMane: Was your old machine carved from dinosaur bone by chance? :-)
Hahaha, it wasn't terrible, but it was a laptop with integrated Intel HD graphics. It actually did pretty well for the hardware it had, but it had gotten to the point where it just could not keep up anymore. I bought Rise of the Tomb Raider a few months back and it ran at like 4 fps ... unplayable. :P I've got to say it's a pretty big change to be able to have all the settings on ultra and still get great framerates whereas before I needed to set everything to low or off just to get 30 fps ... on a five year old game. :P

What if we don't remember last week? :-| Could you point to your mood on this chart? :-)

Hey! *hug* Sorry to hear you're not doing that well, hopefully things will get better during the day.

Well I haven't left the house in two days. :P But I'm planning on doing some cleaning tomorrow, and maybe catching a movie. And I need to buy groceries Saturday or so. :P

Ô__Ô That freaking long? Holy pluck, how did you survive that? +__+ I'm not even patient enough to wait 30 seconds :-p

*waves back* Good afternoon.

Running things in 640*480 windows also helps a lot, that's how I mostly get my more demanding games to run.

*waves back* Good afternoon.
I used to do homework during the loading screens. :P Or read a book.

How are you doing, Agent?

Good afternoon Endre!

I hope the pizza was good enough? ;)

How is your day so far?

Yeah, but even that didn't really help in Rise of the Tomb Raider. That just made me go from 4 fps to like 9 fps. :P

ElTerprise: Thank you :) *big return hug*

And it's so quiet! I can't even hear it working! Huge difference compared to the laptop. :P

You'd need binoculars to see such tiny resolution ô__ô ... I do the same thing though ;-p

Also, good day Mr Vnlr! I hope it treats you well :-)

Yep. That's a really good thing - although i guess that really demanding games might increase the noise a bit - but it's usually not comparable to laptops :)
