Vnlr: It's double quite a lot of the time when I hear it, in a patronising/uncaring manner mostly. But I heave heard it being used sincerely in a supportive manner.

Oh noes. :P To be honest I'm not really up to date on the street language. Just what I hear in the bus or when I'm teaching. :P
