Thank you. There is not need to be sorry about the late reply, or replying at all, but thank you. It was the reasons behind it and the lies and underhanded things that was the most upsetting about it all.

I sure will. I am thinking somewhere with surfing or diving, as we went out shopping for some new shorty wetsuits. Granted they are for if I get better and we can go surfing and diving properly, but she did mention we might be able to use them on the trip, so who knows.

I am glad to hear you are doing okay, despite being tired. Hopefully a nice night's sleep will help with that. Yay for the new computer, now you can play all those unoptimised Unity games. :-)

Same here - which is why i'm currently watching quite a lot on Netflix. Finished (well end of season 6) of Archer and i'm currently halfway through season two of Arrow...but i need moar hours per day :P

I am not sure it will be somewhere hot, but I am sure it will be lovely to get away for a while, specially as I was only just okay to go, and even then they said it is risky. But I intend to make the most of it and have fun, they even gave me some stronger painkillers so that I can have some fun and not have to worry too much.

That makes sense given all you have had to deal with over the last few months. I hope things are starting to settle down for you now? So an ultimate gaming machine.. with magic. Sounds like fun. I really need to get an actual gaming PC someday, but with me not gaming as much this last year due to a few things I have just stuck to my current machine, which does just fine for all but the newer releases.

I've actually slowed down over the holidays. Normally I watch an episode of something every day during breakfast, but these past two weeks I've only been gaming and reading. :P A friend of mine is watching Arrow too. I'm currently watching season 3 of Penny Dreadful.

It has started to cool down here over the last few days, which has been nice. Are you still enjoying the nice weather, despite the heat?

Yeah, it's been more quiet, and I still have about a month of my holiday left. So hopefully I'll be feeling fresh and ready again by the time the holidays end. :) And yep, I'm super excited about the new computer. My laptop is fine mostly and I intend to keep it around for school/teaching stuff and internet browsing and such, but since it only has an Intel HD4000 video card it's been difficult to run newer games on it. It's finally gotten to the point where it's just not doable anymore. I'd been considering buying a proper gaming computer for a while but I was always worrying about the money. But I finally just decided to do it because I've got to live a little anyhow. :P

I think it is not in Europe, but that is me just picking up on things and taking them as clues. But it will be nice to just get away for a while, no matter where it is. As mean as it may sounds it will be nice to get away from everyone who adds to all the stress and problems I already have. Not in a bad way, many of them are just looking for support and I try to help when I can, but it can build up with many people relying on you, and it will just be nice to not have to really focus on it all for a little while and just enjoy some piece and quite.

Fingers crossed then that your remaining holiday time is lovely and that things go fine when your hard work starts. What is/was the first game you will get now that you have a more powerful PC?

It doesn't sound mean at all. Sometimes you just need to get away from all the problems and annoyances of your normal life for a bit. It's completely normal to want to have some "me time" without people nagging at you all the time, even if you're happy to help them mostly. You've got to recharge yourself every once in a while. :P

Well, I bought Rise of the Tomb Raider a few months back hoping against hope that it would run on my laptop ... but I only get about 4 fps out of it, so it's unplayable. So when I have my new computer I'll finally be able to play that game. It's been sitting on my shelf for like four months by now. :P
