Roasted is how I enjoy fish the most.
I need to learn some recipes for bass. Which I'm told is one of the few freshwater fish along with the trout that doesn't taste like mud.
(fun fact, rainbow trout is considered invasive as well and there are no limitations to its capture).

It's got my full recommendation. The only real "downside" is that it's a bit "grindier" than Warband, but it makes it more enjoyable somehow. Grind in this case meaning getting to the point to where you're A: not a liability against "real" soldiers and B: able to recruit/train tons of high level troops. There are plenty of minor/unique war bands roaming around with over 300 troops in them. I think I just saw a Snake Cultist war band that had nearly a thousand troops.

1866 is another great mod, but it's only for the original Mount & Blade
