About 50% of the kids are interested, I'd say that's pretty good.

I am doing okay. i just found out I might have to cancel my plans to go away next month, due to some bad test results,so that is disappointing. I will know for sure on Friday, but so far the tests did not come back too good.

It's been hot here every day for a couple weeks now, with more to come. It'll be like this until September, pretty much.

It must be amusing for you Americans to see the European members complain with our 30ish temperatures when you are in the 40+ range. :-)

Thank you. It can't be helped, but it is very disappointing as my partner has gone to a lot of effort for a surprise trip, and it will be annoying to have to cancel all that. I guess I will find out on Friday.

It's all about heat tolerance. Not a fan of anyone roasting themselves silly.
I tend to do that for cold much more often. Probably due to my usual "screw it, I'll wear a t-shirt and shorts in a blizzard" attitude. Makes people huddling up for warmth while wearing 5 layers of clothing pretty hilarious. ;)

I hope that won't have to happen. With the stress you undoubtedly have to deal with, a chance to get away and have fun would be great.

It will be nice, hopefully we can go. But if not we still have a week off together, so I will most likely still have a nice time. But a change from the usual setting would be nice after all this time stuck at home.
