I will try, my week hasn't been fantastic so far.
I hope your weekend is lovely as well.
Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well. Just dropping a line to say I probably won't be on much for the next few days, as I'm moving tomorrow and my new place doesn't have internet yet. :)
Woo, got the package with my NES/SNES clone. Friend also included a video card and a PC game flight stick he wasn't using/didn't need anymore in the box. :D
Good evening, thread of Fred!

I hope you are all having a lovely evening?

I see we have a Friday release. Any thoughts on the new game?

*hugs, waves, and beverage of your choice*

Not yet, I still need a controller and some games but still pretty excited to receive the console. :) What are you up to today/tonight? :)

What made you decide to go for a physical console over an emulator?

Nothing much, just curing part of my medication that is messing up my sleep. Ideally I would be getting some sleep, but at the moment the medication is ruining that plan. But I stop this one soon, so that is nice. Other than that I am just doing some reading and talking to a few people on here.

Well I like to have the physical games if all else possible on old school console games, and being on a bit of a tight budget, with the clone I could play two systems I didn't already have all at once. So the console itself was a way to play the real games for quite a bit cheaper.

That makes sense, having a physical games can be nice.

I am reading Hagakure by Yamamoto Tsunetomo, translated by William Scott Wilson. No real reason for it, it was just a random book I picked off my shelf.

Living in an apartment, I pretty much converted to for the most part completely digital for books. Think I have something like 109 on just my bookshout account. Not including other books as part of collections on there. Also have many on amazon and google.
