CarrionCrow: Good whenever, everyone. Hope you're all doing well today. =)
Good where-evereven! :)

Looking for old favourite chillout musicians - surprised to find lots of the good old albums on bandcamp.
Might have to spend a bit there tonight.
One of my favourites: https://abakus.bandcamp.com/album/that-much-closer-to-the-sun

Empress_Owl: That's it... at least it's not stressful at all, and doesn't prevent us from sleeping ;-)
Yeah, it certainly doesn't prevent sleep. Pretty sure Endre's halfway to dozing off just thinking about it. -laughs-

EndreWhiteMane: I'm zazzed........................oh wait, I thought you said zzzzzzd. <yawn>

Mornin' Crow. :-)
Hey there. =) Be careful, if you get any more excited, you'll probably fall asleep in your chair...

ElTerprise: Greetings Crow :)
Doing good here - what about you?
Well, I'm playing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow at the moment.
It has nothing in common with the actual Castlevania games.
It's overly long, it's drawn out, it expects you to redo levels repeatedly to find more stuff, it's so compelling I've already replaced the in-game music with a variety of stuff from Youtube, and it manages to make Patrick Stewart narration boring as shit.

Well it sounds like the perfect game for you then ;)
I think i rented that in a sale ... i guess that game to wait a looong time until it gets played then. For making the Patrick Stewart narration utterly boring alone.

It's got something like 14 chapters, each chapter has multiple levels, and they want you to backtrack on top of it.
I thought this would be one I'd clear fast if I focused on it. Very wrong on that one, I think. -laughs-

At least you'll have it out of your way then ;)
But backtracking is really annoying....always reminds me of Halo. I mean really liked the game but the backtracking was awful...

True, and it's one of the games that's been sitting the longest.

Unless there's time and effort put into making the return trips interesting, backtracking sucks quite a bit.

Additional - It's always a good sign when less than 13 percent of all owners have actually beaten the game...

Kangaroo burgers are actually quite nice. Quite gamey, and nice and lean. Probably not to everyones taste, but not too bad at all.

You're not allowed to eat things that are cute!

(actually, I've heard the *not so* little bastards can be a bit mean).

*and edit to add:

I'm one to talk - love bacon and sausage and most large "eating" pigs I've "met" are adorable and friendly.

Rightfully so as it seems.

Agreed - otherwise backtracking is just lazy, lame and dull.

Well that's not a huge percentage but now you why that is :)

I was about to say, since when are pigs and cows and sheep not cute? :-)

I have some Crocodile burgers as well, am I allowed to eat them since they are not exactly cute?

Have fun, the second game is even worse. :D

LOL as the Arbiter of All Things Cute (TM), I deem the crocodile *edible* - and please make me a belt out of the remains as well?

Actually, I've heard that female crocodiles are superb, protective mothers that look out for their young long after most animals pass them off to the wild... so that's a fair degree of cuteness right there. Damn, if we keep going down this route I won't be eating anyone!

I would, but I only have the meat, no the hide. :-)

Most animals are like that, even the "mean" and "scary" ones. Nature is quite complex, and there is always more than meets the eye. Well if you run out of things to eat you could always eat human, just avoid the cute ones and eat the jerks. :-)

I don't have the second one, and I'm certainly not renting it. This is it. ;)

-laughing hard- Oh yeah, the reason why is definitely dawning on me.

CarrionCrow: ...
Good evening, Mr Crow!

How are you today?

*waves and offers Crow a Kangaroo burger*
