I do have a ton of different dragonfly species around my lake right now. Also found their shed skins from their nymph-to-adult transition, which is similar to a cicada's except the dragonfly nymphs are aquatic. They are also terrifying. :)
*And I'm really not sure what sort of cicadas we have here now... It's just been the past week or two that they've been audible, and we saw a couple the other day. Maybe annuals? I don't recall hearing them every year, to be honest, but my memory is pretty bad. :)
