Yezemin: ...
Good morning, lovely Yezemin. Would it be okay if I sent you a friend request? I have my chat set to friends only so I can only chat with those on my friends list and there is something I wanted to arrange with you about next month ;-). If you would rather not then that is okay, I can always change my privacy settings for a little while while we talk.

*big hug*

Good morning.
You don't like Roald Dahl's dark humour? :-)

Good morning, Mr Octopus!

zeogold: The amount of orange/yellow on this page is strangely aesthetically pleasing somehow.
Agreed. It really is :)

AgentBirdnest: You are such an arsehole ^^
Well i just wanted to prove a point :)

ddickinson: Good morning, lovely people of Fred!

I hope you are all having a good start to the week, a week which will hopefully be lovely for you all?

*hugs, waves, and a random silly poem by Roald Dahl*

(poem)
Good morning *big hug*
Likewise and i'm doing mostly good so far :)

Uh nice poem - i also have a silly but more light-hearted one by Christian Morgenstern :P

Das aesthetische Wiesel

Ein Wiesel
sass auf einem Kiesel
inmitten Bachgeriesel.

Wißt ihr
weshalb?

Das Mondkalb
verriet es mir
im Stillen:

Das raffinier-
te Tier
tat's um des Reimes willen.

( The Aesthetic Weasel

A weasel
perched on an easel
within a patch of teasel.

But why
and how?

The Moon Cow
whispered her reply
one time:

The sopheest-
icated beest
did it just for the rhyme.) :D

ElTerprise: The Moon Cow
I thought the cow jumped OVER the moon. You mean to tell me the poor thing didn't make it?

Hello, DD!

Of course you can send me a friend request. You shouldn't even have to ask.

*big return hug*

Just unexpected.

Nice little poem. But why the Welsh version as well? Silly ELT, you should know by now none of us speak Welsh. :-)

*big silly hug*

I am glad to hear you are doing good so far today, or at last mostly so. You just keep that up, and try to get it to completely good, none of this mostly stuff. :-)

Well I just tend to before asking, just in case people don't really use the friend feature. *big hug*

That is why I called it a random silly poem. :-)
Plus I am doing some Pig related stuff ready for work, and that poem came to mind.

Well that translation is not exact to keep the rhyme because the German original mentioned a moon calf not a moon cow. Also it's non-sensical poetry :)

I fail to see any Romance languages in my post...only Germanic ones ;) *big silly return hug*
Well i guess that depends on how todays appointment with the vet will turn out in the evening....

Look, I told you before, I don't believe you are German. I mean... Hamburger, as if that is a real place. You just keep making things up to sound more German. We all know you are Welsh. I mean really, look at this "ß", does that look like a real letter to anyone? Nope, it is just made up. Next you will try to tell me it Germany is really spelt Deutschland. :-)

*big random silliness hug*

Fingers crossed it all goes well at the vets. *big good luck hug*

Well, Agent admitted to being Welsh a while back.
I told El to run but he just wouldn't listen.

But maybe that was just part of Agent's cover to allow us to get closet to ELT and find out why he is trying so hard to pretend he is German. It is like people saying they are from the Netherlands when we all know the country is called Holland. Silly tricksters :-)

Holland is just part of the Netherlands. :P
I've never heard anyone call it that over here.

I know. :-)
I remember reading a while ago how many people in the Netherlands get annoyed of Americans and some others calling the country Holland. I am not surprised no one says it over there, it would not makes sense as you know better.

I guess so, if you hear it frequently.
You're the first one that's brought it up in a while. :P

More confusing is this:
We speak Dutch in the Netherlands

Using the Dutch words for those it would be:
We speak Nederlands in Nederland.
Good moaning.
Looks like we're in a poetic mood today. Allow me to contribute.

«Estaba don Juan del Pino
Acariciándose el pepino...»

Actually you know what? Better not.

Just popping by. I have penal law to study. I need to know all the loopholes for that inevitable time I am standing before the judge.
Also the exam.

Then in the afternoon it's another couple of hours of throwing poo at the tombstones of Watson & Crick.
Wait one of them's not dead yet?
He'll soon wish he'd be.

Interesting that the Brits don't even know the most anglophile city in Germany (or maybe even Europe) :P

*big return hug*

I hope so .... i mean our cat is doing better than on saturday but he's a still apathetic to some degree....it looks like he had an unfortunate encounter with a hostile human :|
