ElTerprise: Can imagine that. Fire Noodles? Sounds interesting...but i think ordering food from Amazon is weird :)
If you think that's weird, you haven't been around enough crapholes with virtually no selection. ;P
Good afternoon ladies, gentlemen and the rest of you. Hope you're having a lovely day.
Just went to Walmart, Menards and Staples right in a row, on Sunday.
I wish my therapist was in today. :-)
Nice day here though, 80 degrees (Elt, live with it.) sunny and very breezy.
*Hugs, waves and the free Diet Dr Pepper I got for buying a flat of plants.* :-)

CarrionCrow: Oh, you brave, incredibly silly person. -laughs-
It's definitely more of the second thing ,','','',',',:-p

ElTerprise: Greetings Agent *big hug*
How're ya doin' ?
HOT ,','','',',',:-O
... but quite good otherwise :-) Re-hydrating and trying to decide between a sandbox, a city-builder, or a mansion.

Good afternoon. =)

-laughing hard- I can see why they might be useful after you went and traumatized yourself...

Maybe, but with my hate of sunlight, the first also feels very applicable.

Probably not - but the thought of ordering let's say a CPU and some noodles together is just odd... ;)

Well i can live with it. 80 sounds good - it's 72.5 here at the moment which is refreshing after the last days :)
Hey Endre - thanks. My day is great all things considered :)
I hope you're having a lovely one too. I mean the weather sounds really good :)

Hm, the thought of that sounds scary :-| Glad you survived and made it back here.
You need to get one of these to run over all the wild crowds in the stores.

I was thinking of Terraria. I haven't really played with my solo character since like February. I kinda miss it, and have lots of work to do on my world.
And even though you didn't ask, I'mma tell you what the city builder I had in mind is - Children of the Nile. I love it. It feels kinda like Tropico, but in ancient Egypt.

Maybe at first, but...hear me out on this...
We set everything up, so people can see you eat the Fire Noodles, then try to work on the computer.
That would be amazing. =)

That would be so cool! Just needs an airhorn. :-)

Are you saying that this is the future? :O

Not sure on that. What I'm saying for certain is that I'd probably fall off my chair from laughing so hard if you did that. ;)

Don't worry i didn't and i won't :)
Speaking of sandbox games... What do you consider a "sandbox" game?

To me, "sandbox" and "open world" are two completely different things, but many people seem to use the terms interchangeably. I hear people refer to GTA or STALKER as sandbox games, and I don't like that. When I think of a sandbox, I think of being able to create, build, and destroy whatever you want. Mold the world the way you see fit (like a real life sandbox!), not just explore the world that is already there.
[/random nitpicking thought of the day] :-)

I agree. Prison Architect is a true sandbox game for example as are the ANNO games, when playing sandbox.

STALKER and Port Royal are open world games.

What I have trouble with is Terraria. It's both. It's sandbox with boss battles. I'm a little confused by this. Of course when you enter hard mode I think it ceases to be sandbox totally.

Have I put too much thought into this? :P
