Good afternoon ladies, gentlemen and the rest of you. Hope you're having a lovely day.
Just went to Walmart, Menards and Staples right in a row, on Sunday.
I wish my therapist was in today. :-)
Nice day here though, 80 degrees (Elt, live with it.) sunny and very breezy.
*Hugs, waves and the free Diet Dr Pepper I got for buying a flat of plants.* :-)

It's definitely more of the second thing ,','','',',',:-p
HOT ,','','',',',:-O
... but quite good otherwise :-) Re-hydrating and trying to decide between a sandbox, a city-builder, or a mansion.

-laughing hard- I can see why they might be useful after you went and traumatized yourself...
Maybe, but with my hate of sunlight, the first also feels very applicable.

CarrionCrow: If you think that's weird, you haven't been around enough crapholes with virtually no selection. ;P
Probably not - but the thought of ordering let's say a CPU and some noodles together is just odd... ;) EndreWhiteMane: Good afternoon ladies, gentlemen and the rest of you. Hope you're having a lovely day.

You need to get one of these to run over all the wild crowds in the stores.

I was thinking of Terraria. I haven't really played with my solo character since like February. I kinda miss it, and have lots of work to do on my world.
And even though you didn't ask, I'mma tell you what the city builder I had in mind is - Children of the Nile. I love it. It feels kinda like Tropico, but in ancient Egypt.

Speaking of sandbox games... What do you consider a "sandbox" game?
To me, "sandbox" and "open world" are two completely different things, but many people seem to use the terms interchangeably. I hear people refer to GTA or STALKER as sandbox games, and I don't like that. When I think of a sandbox, I think of being able to create, build, and destroy whatever you want. Mold the world the way you see fit (like a real life sandbox!), not just explore the world that is already there.
[/random nitpicking thought of the day] :-)

I agree. Prison Architect is a true sandbox game for example as are the ANNO games, when playing sandbox. [/random nitpicking thought of the day] :-)
STALKER and Port Royal are open world games.
What I have trouble with is Terraria. It's both. It's sandbox with boss battles. I'm a little confused by this. Of course when you enter hard mode I think it ceases to be sandbox totally.
Have I put too much thought into this? :P
