I'm going to post this here one more time for people that like to learn about stuff and missed it last night.

I've bought 8 courses from them over the years, always at their 'normal' 70% discount. Turns out that would have paid for about 2-1/2 years worth of membership to the new plus site.
These are professional courses ranging from a few hours to 36 hours each.
I don't recommend too many things but I will this.

Me too, my ENT doctor told me to do so. And I've had a couple of nose surgeries that required its use. I do it just before bed so I can breathe okay when I'm asleep.

Only sane people would write warnings on signs. :l

Ya well... I try to be informed about stuff like that.

Other bad times (at least for me because of my specific allergies) are times when things are cycling fast... like during a spring/winter day where temp fluctuates between freezing & non-freeing. Day like that when I was working with spruce trees at work I had an asthma attack... customer ran to his car to get his own medication because he said I was turning blue. Also days when things are drying a lot & might be particularized. Good example is grass; I'm more likely to react to cut dry grass than wet cut grass (though oddly if I expose myself to the cut wet grass the reaction is many times worse... like the particular item I'm allergic to in it leaks out in the water).
Each allergen also has specific reactions; cigarette smoke makes me sneeze/cough however wood smoke only makes me sneeze depending on the woods burnt.
