AgentBirdnest: I didn't like Duke3D either. I liked Rise of the Triad as a kid, but don't enjoy it at all these days. Wolfenstein 3D is just plain awful :-p

I guess Unreal came out just a few months before Half-Life, and I enjoyed that.
Agreed, RoTT and Wolf 3d haven't aged well at ALL.
I haven't played all that far into Unreal.
Might like it more if I tried again.

Yeah, the framerate is wonky. I've heard that using a newer version of DosBox fixes it for some people. There is a tweak guide in the subforum, but I haven't tried it. For me, I just lowered my resolution to 640x480, and it played smoothly (and was ugly :-p)

Not really, it wasn't a TERRIBLE game.
I mean sure it was boring as all hell, at least it worked though. xD

Still, I'll give you an A+ for bringing that one up.

My biggest issue with Blood 2 was the difficulty.
Easy = one shot instagibs the enemy
Medium = one shot kills me
... or I'm just total shite at old FPS games :-)
