Don't think I mentioned on the thread that my nice neighbor lady, the one who's a schoolteacher and has two young kids and the dog that got cut so badly...........broke her foot on Sunday. Stepped off a curb and onto a small rock, twist/snap.
I just helped her get the kids and her stuff in the house, and the dog out. She just got home from work, believe it or not.
Sometimes I feel like a real ass for complaining so much about my troubles. :-)

Jeez. Hope she recovers quickly. Seems pretty likely, she must be tough to be doing all the normal stuff despite it.

My doctors are still pretty much always confused. It's the main reason they'll only use Propofol, as others I'll wake up from too early, than will be manic for days. At least with this one, I stay asleep during a procedure, but they're still always confused by how quickly I'm wide awake again in the recovery room. The nurse who went to tell my wife I was basically read apparently told her, "so, he should be awake in another half hour or so maybe... but see, he's wide awake now, and ready to go."
It's like the most restful nap ever. I wake up feeling like superman on speed. ;)
Think I've decided to go ahead and start Dark Souls over. I feel like I have a better feel for the game now (though I've only really been through the introduction or "first boss" I guess. Getting a much better feel for it and I think I'll really enjoy it, unless it just gets way too brutal. :)
