AgentBirdnest: Tropico ended up scratching my itch quite well. I only have to place a building now and then, otherwise I can just watch my Tropicans walk around doing their daily routine, which was perfect :-)
Nice. I guess games like Settlers/Cultures would also work, if they have a free-mode without enemies.

I haven't had a problem so far. I legally won in landslide elections last night. Of course, the political setting is set pretty low (the default), so it's not a huge challenge.
It's Tropico 1. My favourite.

I like boring. I don't want gameplay, remember? ;-p I oughta try the maximum difficulty for a change though. I imagine I'll be defeated and escape on a rowboat quite quickly :-)

I'm fine, thanks ! The owlets too... I'll call my eldest one today, i haven't seen him for 10 days... i get him back on friday :-) (50/50 custody)... tue little one is tired lately, she sleeps a lot, and quickly loses her temper... hope it'll pass quickly, oddly I prefer when she is lovely :-)
