I'm doing great. Quiet day at work with nice weather. And I'm finally awake.

Quite tired, but otherwise I'm doing fine. Need some more sleep next night instead of trying to finish Assassin's Creed 2, no matter what time it is ;)

Been spending most of my time with the pup while he recovers. He's got another 5-7 days of wearing the e-collar, which he's not at all a fan of, but he's being a pretty great sport about it. Fortunately, he's also on medications that make him sleep more, as I'm desperate for a bit more myself. Hoping for a good nap by noontime.

Recovering from surgery.

Hello there! He had surgery a few days ago, just needs a few more days of recovery before he should be up and playing hard. Of course, he's been ready to do so for two days now, so he gets grumpy when I make him tone it down, but otherwise he's being quite a trooper. :)

No, I haven't, not yet. ;P

-breaks out a wading pool of coffee with temperature control so you can make it either hot or cold, since it's the afternoon for you- =)

got up from a nap & time to cook :)

After suffering 3 thermal shutdowns I decided to check the CPU's temperature.
81ºC just browsing the web? Time for some cleaning.
It was long overdue. The dust bunnies had evolved into dust bears and didn't like to be disturbed, and tried to eat me. Fortunately I was hardier than them. I even disassembled the power supply and cleaned its fan. A lot of blowing and some brushing with a pelikan number 4 brush later, the thing looked almost new.

Currently its holding at 52ºC.
I consider the cleaning a success.
