omega64: I'd say it's worth it.
It's not all that disorienting while playing.
You do know it's a metroidvania, with different portal guns?
avatar
zeogold: Oh?
Hm, maybe I'll consider giving it a shot, then. With all those weird breaks in the screenshots, it was throwing me off.
It's pretty much Portal at the start in 2d.
You gain different guns that all have different functions.

The weird breaks are you looking through the portal, it makes more sense in gameplay than in screenshots.

Wish that arcade set had double dragon trilogy. I really want that one drm free, but raiden would kick ass too.

EndreWhiteMane: Morning folks, doing OK here. Hope you are too.
Working on my "Gardening for Young People" class and drinking coffee.
There's a huge number of ideas on the net for teaching kids to garden so this should be fun.
If I'm not careful I just might learn something myself. :-)
*hugs, waves, dirt*

AgentBirdnest: I'd actually be interested in that class. I haven't successfully grown a plant since 1st grade, and my teacher did most of the work then. Seems like a skill I oughta have at some point.
*tempted to throw a paper-airplane at Mr WhiteMane's head* :-)►
You'd enjoy it, I aim to keep it fun rather than work.
It's the same thing I'd teach to adults just keeping the words and illustrations a bit simpler.

Ah, that makes a bit more sense.
Maybe I'll consider it for a later purchase. I still wanna see what bundles come next.

Would it teach about growing cannabis?
avatar
AgentBirdnest: Shhh >:-| Don't blow my cover! I'm trying to sneak into the next bundle and add more Agent games :-)
Then why on Earth are you going around saying "moo!" if you are trying to blend in undercover. i don't know how things are in American, but Goats do not normally go "moo". :-)

pimpmonkey2382.313: *hugs everyone*
*big return hug* Good morning, PM :-) I hope your Thursday is going alright?

zeogold: Hitman?
Among others... We need moar Splinter Cell too! >:-O
I wish we could get the last Deus Ex game on here. Square Enix is here, but I guess that one is "too new" for GOG :-(

Of course, if you can figure out how to bring more sun and warmth to Iowa. :-)
...I still haven't started Bloodlines, as I've been all kinds of caught up in BGEE. I'm a decent way into chapter 3 and really loving it this time around. Not feeling driven to read every book I find and every little bit of lore like I was with Pillars, but I'm having a ton of fun.

I also started a playthrough of Cornerstone, which I played through once during development... It's much more polished, if still a little rough around the edges. I kind of think the reviews for it are being more harsh than the game calls for though, personally. I think it's really charming and fun to play.

I hope you're all having a wonderful day!

*hugs* So far so good, and yours? :)
Would you all please pound Akhliber with the +1 hammer for a very generous gift! :-)
Thank you.

I've only been in the thread for 20 minutes, and already we're talking about drugs again.

I guess Stardew Valley will have to be my class for now (which is lovely so far.)
Anyway, bon courage to you. I hope the class goes really well :-)

I'm not saying "moo", I'm saying "Moooooooon". I'm trying to get her attention ;-p
