akhliber: Just a quick hello before I try to get some sleep. Been a bit anxious tonight as Sarge has surgery (being neutered) tomorrow. What's amusing is I have had a pretty good number of surgeries myself, and I never really know how to care. I just figure they'll fix me up or they won't, and I'll sleep through it either way. But now that it's my pup, I'm all worried. Got good music, a book, and plenty of Baldurs Gate in case I can't sleep though. :)
I figure most of you are sleeping now, and I'm about to myself, but for any who see this whenever, have any of you tried the new (in development) Master of Orion? I'd love to ask someone who's actually tried it a few questions. I keep seeing poor reviews, but most of them complain about how simple the mechanics are, saying it's basically a "4x lite." Thing is, that sounds *really appealing* to me, as 4x games are usually far too complicated for me to get and keep a grasp on. Thoughts, anyone? I'm not really in a rush to try it, just curious.
I hope you're all doing (or resting) well!
*big hugs and waves*
Good luck with your pup's surgery! - and don't worry too much.
Haven't played the Orion remake - my thoughts have been altered during the development.
First I was excited. At some point wasn't sure what to think. Going to wait for the reviews of the final release.
Not excited about the lite stuff.
