The Gobliiins games are quite fun. Reminds me that I haven't played the fourth one yet.
Legend of Grimrock is great, as well as the second one.
And while some people think Assassin's Creed is repetitive and boring I had fun playing it :D

Have you played any other Assassin's Creed games?
What about The Witcher? I know your mom likes it, but do you? :-)
*big curious hug*

Yeah I also played the second one. By being a bad person and using my Mum's Uplay account :P
The Witcher? Well, do you want to hear the long story or the short one? :D

*laugh* I like your way of seeing it :D

Long story? Ok, here you go:
Well... I played the first Witcher. Took me quite a while since I was not a fan of the fighting system as well as the camera view. But well, the story was interesting so over the time of a few months, I played through it.
When Witcher 2 came out, I was interested in playing it, since the game mechanics changed. But well... you can import saves from Witcher 1. But hooray, in between Witcher 1 and 2, I had a computer crash and lost the savegames. So I started to play through the first one again. Played almost until the end, but then a bug happened and I couldn't continue the way I had chosen... Really demotivating.
But well, since at that point of time, I did not have much time and was very busy, I just decided to delay the whole thing for some time.
Going 1-2 years forward, I remembered about not having played it. This time I decide to just skip getting a save import from Witcher 1 and just start Witcher 2 normally. But surprise. The game crashes every 15-20mins. Turns out, it is a problem that several Win7 users got after the last patch was introduced. And of course gog offers only the fully patched version. And it is zero fun to play the game when it crashes all the time.
So I think "Well, good thing my Mum and me got the disked version back then". But yeah. I could not find it. I searched everywhere. So I called my mum, to ask her if she still has it. But nope. She also couldn't find it. So after some thinking the only possible thing that could have happened was that my brother had taken the disks. So I told him to look for it. And told him again and again... well after "some" time he finally checked and he had the disks. So when we next met, he gave them back to me.
Some time later I decided to finally install it and play it. But yeah well, I don't want to play the totally unpatched (not enhanced) version, I just don't want to have the final patch. But the disk version always wants to connect to the internet and automatically update. So I realised I need figure out patching it without the auto-updater, find the patches somewhere etc.
That was a few weeks ago. And that is still the point I'm at. Because I got demotivated. I figure that game hates me -.-
So of course I also have not played the third one, since that would be just wrong without playing the second one first.

The Witcher Adventure Game, then? :-D

Jeez... what a story. Have you tried the GOG version again since getting your new computer? [/only advice a silly Agent can think of] I hope you can get it figured out so you can play it, and move on to the third one.

Oh dear.

Seems like the DS fan community is rabid for new content, no matter what it is.

Kotaku even reports (snicker) that it was funded in 3 minutes.

Ähm nope. Tried that during this beta thing and was totally bored. Not really a fan of card / board game things on computer.
And no, haven't tried it with the new computer yet, I should really do that :-)

That's good. Now you just need Final Fantasy 13, and you'll be ready to go. =)
