CarrionCrow: Load up random.org, do a click or two and there's your next game. =)
Yeah, but then you get caught in the inevitable trap of "Well...ok, not THAT game..." and clicking on it again, and then hemming and hawing over that choice, and then doing it again, and again, and again, then finally thinking about how fun that first game would've been and attempting to click until you reach that because you can't remember what it was, and then you're back where you started.

CarrionCrow: Just buy it. Or wait, maybe it'll be back for the big sale in June.
Or, buy Sengoku instead.
Or, buy Pillars of Eternity since it sounds like you already want that one.
I can't I'm on a budget.
Wait, are all these strategy games, computer versions of Risk?

CarrionCrow: Wouldn't work, unfortunately. I kinda hate kids. A lot. So I never bought Among The Sleep.
That's why I picked it! Maybe it will finally make you like them ;-p
*silly helmet tip*

moonshineshadow: Why do you think you are annoying me? o.O
For suggesting a bunch of random games to you. I was going to keep going and going, but I decided to be pleasant instead :-)

Already finished Bastion and Robin Hood. And I don't own Blackwell, the style does not really appeal to me *hide*

Good evening folks *big hugs and waves*

Looks like were talking game suggestions. I could use one as well ;)

j0ekerr: Then play Star Control and welcome our new Ur-Quan overlords!

Speaking of which? Star Control may be a candidate.
And I want opinions on EU, people!
What? You're saying, I should leave the thread and go to general for that?
But it's scary out there!
EU III is great but it takes some time to get into because the tutorial is not very good. It might be worth noting that it's pausable real-time instead of being turn-based.
But it's fascinating game. You basically control one nation but you're free to decide how you do it - in certain boundaries of course. You're not forced to repeat history :)
If you get it my tip would be to start with the Big Blue Blob uh i mean France ;)
It's one of the easiest nations to play because it's way overpowered :)

AgentBirdnest: Thief...
How is that game? I've always been somewhat interested in it due to how famous it is, despite never having played many (I'm...not sure if I've even played ANY) stealth games.

The first 4 minutes are nice :-D
Wait - no stealth games?! ô__ô And you call yourself an Agent?--errr... wait... nevermind. Still, I won't stand for that. I must refer you to the Agent Training Program immediately. [/shameless plug]

....you mean people actually look at these GOGMix things?
I was wondering what the heck they were.
I considered nabbing it from the Community Giveaway, but I'd rather wait and see if anyone else wants it first. If it's not gone by the end of the month, maybe I'll jump in.
So you just sneak around and hit people when they're not looking, or what?

Hurm, it might be all those things you say, but it still looks like computer RISK.
I think I would start with the first one.

As for suggestions. King's Bounty is good.
But HoMM 3 is still better.

You're doing it wrong.
