j0ekerr: Well, well, well.
I do have all original ones (managed to nab the D&D bundle the first time I came to GOG during a summer sale). That I still haven't played. And... I don't really care for Dragonspear, because I haven't played any of the games yet.
The only reason I'd be getting them is because of that delicious 85% off. And maybe, in the far future, I would get dragonspear. Or I might not. Who knows?
What's Men of War and KB: the legend like?
I've heard good things about both series, King's Bounty moreso than Men of War. If you're unsure, grab King's Bounty: The Legend, play it a bit before the sale ends. If it's good to you, grab all the others.

Hello, folks! (And take care, Owl!)
I hope you're all doing well, or at least okay. Not quite awake yet, and a bit of a sick morning, so I'll likely lurk a bit trying to catch up and see what everyone is up to. I'll surely be around though. I hope you all have a lovely day!
Good morning. Hope you get to feeling better. =)

King’s Bounty games are focused on turn based combat. Very similar to HoMM 3. Basically it looks like this: you move your commander around the map in real time. You can meet some roaming enemies that’ll attack you and then things change to aforementioned turn based combat. In world view you can also visit many buildings where you can get some quests or hire more troops. Levelling up increase your stats and among them - leadership which allows you to have more troops. After some time you may visit different maps where you can find different troops for hire. You may stick with kind of troops that matches your tactical approach or you can rearrange your whole army every time you find something interesting. It’s up to you. Many units have various abilities that you can used in battles so it’s always nice to experiment a bit and see which approach suits you best. There are many quests to complete, interesting boss battles, different ways to upgrade your hero etc. Every single game is pretty long, AFAIR I put more than 100 hours into every one of them so they are definitely good value. Highly recommended!

How are you doing ?...
I'm doing great. :) Trying to get accustomed to work again. How about you?
Good morning, everyone!

I hope your week is off to a nice start? Yesterday was quite draining and very exhausting, so I think I will stick to just lurking and chat for a day or so. The volunteering went really well, and it was most definitely worth it and some of the ladies seemed to really appreciate it all. But those kind of places always destroys my mood for a few days as I see lots of things that that show the bad side of people a little too much and it just makes me so sad at how unfortunate some people are and how such lovely people have suffered through no fault of their own.

Anyway, I hope you are all doing well and that the week will treat you all nicely.

I am so very sorry to hear about all these terrible things you are going through. The others have already said anything that I could say, so I won't just repeat it all over again. I can relate to so much of what you are going through, so I know how very hard things must be for you. I know you have probably had this offer many times already, but you know where my chat is if you ever need to talk or just to yell. I, and I am sure many others of us here, are here for you if you need some support.

My sincerest and most heartfelt wishes for you and your lovely family. Be sure to take care of yourself as well as them, and keep strong, lovely Tom. Don't worry about feeling lost, that is completely normal. All you can do is your best and to be there for each other.

*big comforting hug*
I bit the bullet and got everything in my list.

HOARDING!!!

Edit: Hurm, I used my new card. And now I wish I didn't. While GOG accepted it without problems, I checked at the bank's webpage and there's no record of the transaction yet. How long does it usually take for the bank to update? Paypal is instantaneous, but I haven't used this service before.

I'll just wait and see.

Already own Ironclad on Steam so not interested in it right now.
Hand of Fate seems really fun.

Did any catch you eye?

Good afternoon. I can't say I have really played any card games, if I did I can't think of them off the top of my head. The only one that comes to mind is the card game in Final Fantasy 8.

How are your studies going?

Hand of Fate does seem a little different.

Nothing for me, I just had a quick look, but there is nothing that jumps out at me.
