akhliber: Hello there! Glad you're doing well overall. Bit of a sick morning here, but nothing major. Hoping it will pass soon though, as my niece and her boyfriend got into town just a few hours ago and will only be here for 2 days. So long as my belly will behave, I'll probably be meeting them and my parents for lunch.
Other than that, just waiting impatiently for the DLC for Baldurs Gate EE to hit. Because I just don't have anything whatsoever to play until that releases. haha ;) I'll probably give in and play a bit more Batman Arkham City in the mean time, actually, as I've been really enjoying it in small doses.
Anything exciting planned on your end?
Sorry to hear you are a little sick this morning. I hope you will be feeling better soon, or that it at least won't spoil your plans for the two days your niece and her boyfriend are visiting.

I did not realise there are new BG DLCs. I thought with a game that old it would not really be profitable, but I guess due to the HD remake they feel it will be. Well I hope you have a great time on it, it must be terrible having no other game to play until then. :-)

I have a busy weekend planned, I am not sure how exciting it will be. Tomorrow I have a surprise, but my partner won't tell me what so I have no idea, but I do know it is something quite fun. Then on Sunday me and my partner are helping a friend and doing some talks at an abuse centre that helps mostly teenage girls (16 and older) who have suffered from abuse, be that physical, sexual, phycological etc. She asked us mainly as I used to work in a similar place, but also as some of the girls are their due to abuse about their sexuality, so they wanted us to give a talk on that. Hopefully we will be able to be of a little help to some of them. Even if we only help one it will make the long day worth while.

omega64: Planning on collecting all 400 riddler trophies? xD
Not in the slightest. I'm having fun figuring some out as I go, and finding enough interest to do most side quests (though the "augmented reality training" challenges are annoying and I've skipped them mostly thus far) but it doesn't quite suck me in enough to give it more commitment than that. :)

AgentBirdnest: Good morning, Akh. I hope you'll start feeling better ASAP :-(
*looking at your shelf to see what else you could play* ... hmmm... Blackwell ;-)
Amusingly enough, I enjoyed JULIA so much that I decided I needed another adventure game installed and wound up going with The Blackwell Legacy. :)

Some of the Side missions even get tedious Zsasz for example.
Do finish the first set of VR missions, you get a device that will speed up travel around the city.
The Advanced VR missions you unlock after that aren't needed.

I know, that is strange news. But not as strange as Finland invading Sweden with an army of starved man-eating Moomins. Those little buggers are vicious. :-)

Okay, so my one sucks, but oh well. :-)

How are you?

Thanks! I'm excited about going out and seeing family.
I'd heard about and then completely forgotten the BG DLCs and didn't honestly fully expect it to happen, somewhere in the back of my mind. But hey, it doesn't take much to convince me to install and restart another BG campaign. I just wish I could actually finish a tenth of the ones I start. ;)

Sounds like you've got quite a full weekend ahead of you. I hope you enjoy your surprise! I'm willing to bet the day at the abuse center will be a challenging one, but an incredibly rewarding one. And I can only imagine it will be incredibly healing for those at the center.

Aaaaaand finally Sarge emerges... okay, time to take the little guy outside for a little morning air. If I continue to comment, forgive any formatting nightmares that may happen along the way. :)

I hope you will have a very nice weekend with them, especially as you are so excited about it. I think I have played about 10% of my games, but then I don't really buy myself games anymore, so I don't have the problem of adding games to my backlog, except on the rare occasion when one of the many wonderful, lovely, and generous users here kindly gifts me a game.

Thank you, I am sure my Saturday will be lovely. Sunday will indeed be a challenge, but as you said, also one that is very rewarding. Hopefully it will be of some use for some of them.

Have fun in the fresh air with Sarge and have a lovely day!
I can't think of a good April fools that isn't mean. Oh well...........

Hello everyone! :-)

But would it still be fun? Tell you what, if it will be fun then you can be mean to me for April fools, I won't mind. :-)

How are you today?

No, I really liked that one ;)
I can picture it - the horror :)
I'm fine thank you - just starting a new job this evening - on top of my day job... just doing it to save some money for traveling. Actually happy I got it :)

How are you? Is it warm there now already?

Exactly, and your government were so silly to let them loose. They will turn on you next one Sweden has fallen. Then who knows where they will go next. No one can stop those hungry Moomin monsters. :-)

Glad to hear you are doing fine, and that you managed to get a nice new job to help you save for your lovely travelling.

I am doing okay, kind of. For the UK it is an okay day, not exactly warm, but not really cold either. About 8°C, I think. How is the weather there for you, has spring started to appear?

I'm somewhere between fair and yucky today but I have a lot to do so I'm ignoring it the best I can.
I'll pass on the April fools joke, they just don't seem as funny since I grew up last week. :-)

So you are having a fairly yucky day? :-)
Sorry to hear that. I hope things will pick up as the day goes on, and that you can get your things done.

You grew up? Why on earth would you do that? Things are much more fun before you become a grownup. Okay, so that is maybe not true, but there is less stress generally when you are a kid. :-)

*big silly hug with a big healing hug to help you get through the day*
