Going back to the topic though, you can stand there and explain to folks why they can't get what they want and sometimes they're just not going to understand.

God I love that show. They seriously need to make more. A movie, a new season about a winter break... something.

Funny how I mention that this morning and this afternoon I had to explain to someone that while the 22nd US amendment limits the US President to 2 elected terms, they can actually server for more than 8 years if a person takes over the position. Needless to say, in one ear and out the other.
Unicorns!
gog does some really outstanding stuff. for example, transferring your steam games to gog. i would never in a million years thought this was possible. it's true, blizzard would never release games outside their exclusive platform but you never know.

Just to clarify this: GOG only does this for some games and only for a limited time. They also need approval frm the publishers to do that as well. It's still a nice service though and I doubt Steam would do something similar ;)

I've actually wondered how Steam lets them get away with it. Would be a simple thing to block the GoG servers from reading the reading the accounts.

Why should they? People buying Steam games to get a GOG game is still a bought Steam game for Valve.
