richlind33: The people who claim that there are *no* problems with respect to gender fluidity are almost as ignorant and/or dishonest as the people who demonize it. Both camps are populated with intolerant extremists that have worn out their welcome.
"Gender" and "sex" can be synonymous, depending on usage, which raises issues that need to be addressed by people who are capable of and willing to engage in reasoned discussion aimed at finding practical solutions. People from either of the above mentioned camps NEED NOT APPLY.
Darvond: The only issue that needs to be raised is a copy of the Oxford dictionary, so people quit using words in invalid contexts. :B Lightly whack them on the head; that or English needs to seriously evolve its pronoun game; many languages have androgynous descriptors out the wazoo, "Gender" and "sex" can be synonymous, depending on usage, which raises issues that need to be addressed by people who are capable of and willing to engage in reasoned discussion aimed at finding practical solutions.
